Economic
Businesses open doors to serve their services to those who are seeking them and in return make profit for itself & its stakeholders, to pay its employees, pay applicable taxes and devote their share of efforts for economic growth in which they operate. By this we mean & take efforts to keep ourselves updated of current market condition and enhance our way of doing business so we can serve our people & country for a sustainable period.
Ethical
We live & operate in a social cluster where laws, rules & norms are set to be a Good Corporate Citizen and we love to follow them, the most important capital of any business is the Human Capital, we go an extra mile for it by paying fair salaries & benefits to our employees, hire fresher & train them for job, motivate them to educate themselves, provide annual medical check-up and push them to exercise, on time payments to our vendors, transparent dealing with our clients, no business outside account books, say NO to unethical business practice & deals. And these things are conveyed to new employee joins our family.
Philanthropic
As we fulfill our Economic & Ethical responsibilities we look further for Philanthropy, charity is just not about donating money to any organization or a human, we divided the aspect of charity in two; ENVIORNMENTAL & SOCIAL.
Environmental
We had experienced that small changes in day-to-day way of working can make big changes in long run, for example all our office printers never print on one side of paper if the printing document in more than one page, we suggest landlords to use LED & motion sensing lightings in common areas, use eco-friendly cleaning materials, request tenant to avoid mixing non-decomposing garage with green garbage, advise plot owners to plant trees in them if they don’t wish to sell them, these are few type of charity we do to environment.
Social
We understand there are always people who are less fortunate who wish for basic living things like Food, Shelter, Clothing, Education & Medical Support. We do our part by providing these to the needy with help of charitable societies in UAE.
